What is your writing process like?
A typical writing day starts with coffee, followed by a instrumental playlist–one that corresponds with whatever season my characters are in. Sometimes I vibe on Pinterest for a bit, but once i get into the groove I’ll write until I’m hungry or my teenager crawls out of her cave in need of something.
Where did you get your inspiration for your Far and Away series?
Oh, boy. I simply fell in love with a couple from a show I won’t name and since they wouldn’t get the two together, I vowed to in as many universes as possible.
Is it true Anonymous was a fanfiction?
It was! An OutlawQueen fanfic from the days of Once Upon a Time. Man, I miss that show.
What will you write after Far and Away?
Fantasy! I have something already written. Something that I want to give my full attention to and in order to do that, I’m going to need my series to be free of distractions.
